Why Should You Sponsor?

Sponsoring Fashion Camp is a highly effective and inexpensive way to reach the bleeding edge of fashion innovators in NYC. New York is the fashion capital of the USA, but in order to maintain relevance, fashion needs to embrace technology. Fashion Camp is a two-day open conference in NYC on February 20th and 21st, bringing together the mainstream fashion community, the indie fashion community, and the next wave of wearable technologists to explore the question “what’s next?” through workshops, presentations, and collaboration.

Fashion Camp is an “unconference” in which attendees are strongly encouraged to present or otherwise actively participate. It creates a different environment from any meetup or expo, drawing attendees who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise in fashion, and technology.

Because Fashion Camp is a free event for participants, we need the help of local NYC fashion and technology companies to make it happen.

How Can You Sponsor?

Sponsorships are accepted in any amount up to $500. By keeping the sponsorship playing field open and accessible, it ensures that smaller companies can show their support.

Schwag, giveaways, and prizes are also an outstanding way to get your name out to Fashion Camp attendees.

What Do You Get for Sponsoring?

Sponsors will be acknowledged and thanked individually, both throughout the event and on the Fashion Camp website. Additionally, the sponsor’s logo will occupy prime real-estate at the conference in the hub of activity at Fashion Camp.

Sponsors are strongly encouraged to participate in the event. Sponsoring is a great way to come and meet people at the event and engage in conversations with the people you’re trying to reach. You are strongly encouraged to give a meaningful, informative talk or discussion (no pitches, please!).
